Return Policy

Our products offer a 30 day return from date of purchase, at the customers expense and must be returned in their original new condition. 

To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team in our chat box, Facebook page or Instagram. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorize your return and advise how to proceed.

Faulty Items

In line with Australian consumer law we will refund, replace, or repair faulty items within a 15 day period of purchase.


Please return any damaged items within 15 days of receiving them.
